Christmas

I found this picture  of my Dad when he was young with Santa. I took Peyton to the mall the other day and had her sit on Santa's lap. I wish my scanner worked so i could put up the picture.

Every year i look forward to my family traditions. I really remember the Christmas's in Seattle. All the family would take a trip to our house and stay a while. So many good memories.

Every year we would decorate the Christmas tree with the family and listen to christmas music. On Christmas Eve we would have a big dinner and at 3:00 the next morning Chris would run into my room saying, its christmas, its christmas, and made me go down stairs and see what Santa brought us.

The morning of christmas before opening presents my dad would read Luke 2 and after presents my mom cooked us a big breakfast. Love the holidays.

Now along with those trying to add some of my own traditions. This year i have a list of my favorite christmas movies that we had to watch in the month of December... There is like 12. lol. i think Chance pretends to enjoy it. Anyways!
